1. If a holiday is on my scheduled collection day, when is my collection day?
For all major holidays that fall on your collection day, there will be a delay of ONE BUSINESS DAY.
2. I missed my collection day, will you return this week?
If you missed us and would like us to return the same week, a rerouting fee of $40.00 will occur which MUST be paid before we return. If not, you must wait until the following week's collection day.
3. Why isn't my loose garbage being emptied out of my container?
According to SupremeOne Trash Valet Guidelines, ALL HOUSHOLD GARBAGE MUST BE BAGGED. This ensures the safety of our workers and also makes collections cleaner and more effecient. You will find this in the policy info sent to you via email .
4. My garbage was out on time and was still missed, what should I do?

5. Will trash be collected on holidays?
No. We will not pick up trash on major holidays which include; Christmas eve, Christmas day, Fourth of July, Easter Sunday ,Thanksgiving day, Labor day, New Year's Eve, New Year's day,
Collection will continue the next business day after a major holiday if your collection day is on a major holiday.
